Tiananmen Square

Tiananmen Square is directly across from the Forbidden City. Seems smaller than what it looked like on TV back in 1989, but there it was. Looking at some old pictures of that time it seems familiar, yet odd imagining what it looked like then compared to the placid scene while we were there.
